Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Times

- United States: 7–15 business days
- Hawaii & Alaska: 10–20 business days
- International: 10–30 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions offering free shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
